  1. Prepare 500 gm boneless chicken
  2. Use 2 onion (finely chopped)
  3. Prepare 1 tomato (finely chopped)

  1. Boil the chicken and shred the chicken pieces well.
  2. Pour the garam masala whole(cloves,cardamom,cinnamon,bay leaves) into the oil.Fry in the onions/tomatoes/ginger/garlic together till it turns aromatic. Put the masalas in blender and sieve the mixture.Add in the chicken pieces till the oil separates.Pour the masalas(cumin,coriander) and make the gravy.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together yoghurt with cashew paste and red chili powder and add in the fresh cream.Put over the curry to make the gravy thicken. Serve hot it’s one melt in the mouth for sure.
  4. Done and ready to serve!

Add chicken and cook covered over medium heat until done. Now turn the heat down again, and slowly add whisked yogurt while stirring continuously. Add salt before turning off heat. Finish with cream, butter and kasoori methi. Take all the ingredients for marinating the chicken in a bowl.
