  1. Prepare 1 cup milk
  2. Prepare 1 tsp vinegar
  3. Use 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  4. Take 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  5. Take 1/2 tsp baking powder
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp baking soda
  7. Prepare 2 tsp cocoa powder
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup oil

Beat in eggs, one at a time. In a medium mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. In a large bowl gently beat together the oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, vinegar and vanilla with a handheld electric mixer. Line standard muffin tins with paper liners.

  1. Sieve all dry ingredients and keep aside.add vinegar to milk, mix well and keep aside.
  2. Now take bowl,add oil to it put sugar and whisk.add buttermilk and whisk now add all dry ingredients gradually.
  3. Mix well,take cup cakes mould fill 3/4 cup cake mixture in moulds. Preheat OTG on 180 degree for 10 minutes. Put cup cakes in OTG. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.I didn't get cream cheese so I used whipped cream for decoration.enjoy your cupcakes.
  4. Done and ready to serve!
