Ingredients and seasonings required in make
  1. Take 1pc black cardamom
  2. Prepare 2pcs green cardamom
  3. Prepare 1pc cinnamon stick

  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  7. Prepare As needed Coriander powder
  8. Use As needed Cumin powder
  9. Take to taste Salt
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  11. Prepare 1pc egg
  12. Prepare 1 tsp kasturi methi
  13. Take As needed Ginger paste
  14. Prepare As needed Garlic paste
  15. Prepare 2pcs tomatoes (grind and make a paste)
  16. Prepare Pinch sugar
  17. Prepare 1/2 kg chicken
  18. Prepare 2 tsp green chilli
  19. Prepare 10pcs Kaju/ cashew
  20. Prepare 6pcs badam/ almonds
  21. Prepare As needed Char magaj/ four majus
  22. Take 1/3 cup malai
  23. Prepare 1 tsp butter
  24. Take 1/4 cup milk
  25. Use 1 pc Coriander leaves chopped

Steps to make Chicken LababDaršŸ²:
  1. Heat 2 tsp oil put black, green cardamom cinnamon and saute for 10 seconds.Then add chopped onion and cook untill it turns to slightly light golden in colour.
  2. Add 1 tsp ginger, garlic paste and some water (about 3 tbsp) and cook for 1 mins.
  3. Add tomato paste and sugar.then add 1/2 tsp Turmeric + 1/2 tsp coriander powder + 1/2 tsp cumin powder + 1 tsp red chilli powder and mix well and cook for 5 to 7 mins.
  4. Now turn the flame on high and put chicken and saute for 5 mins.Then add salt + green chilli chopped + water (1/2 cup) mix and cover,cook for 10 mins.
  5. Then open and remove the chicken from gravy, turn off the flame.
  6. Whisk one egg.Heat some oil in another pan.Dip chicken pieces in egg and fry till golden and keep aside.
  7. Take gravy in a blender and blend it properly to make a smooth paste, remove and keep aside.
  8. Now take mixer grinder put 10 kaju/ cashew + 6 badam / almonds + 2 tbsp char magaj/ four majus and grind to make a powder then add 1/3 cup Malai and 1/4 cup milk and again grind it and make a paste, keep it aside.
  9. Again heat 2 to 3 tsp oil and put 1 tsp ginger,garlic paste and cook till golden brown, then add gravy paste add 1 tsp red chilli powder + 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and mix well.
  10. Add kaju / cashew Malai paste + 1 tsp butter + kasturi methi + coriander leaves chopped and mix it.
  11. Add chicken pieces give a nice mix and turn off the flame.
  12. Garnish with some butter and kasturi methi.Serve chicken Lababdar with paratha..
  13. Done and ready to serve!
