Remove broccoli from the wok and set aside. Add a little more oil, then add the garlic and ginger to the pan. Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, and beef broth. In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch and water.

  3. Take out the marinade when ready. Add up some cooking oil and put the marinade into the pan. Gradually pour water when needed to cook the beef tenderly. Add the broccoli and stir for 2 mins.

Wipe any excess water out the pan. Massage the beef with your hands until i t has absorbed all the liquid. While the meat is marinating, slice the broccoli at a diagonal and mince garlic and ginger.
