Ingredients and seasonings required in make
  1. Prepare 1 Knorr soupy noodles(pack of 4 noodles)
  2. Use 1/2 cup purple cabbage cut into thin strips
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup sweet corn
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup carrots cut into thin long slices
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup Capsicum cut similarly as above
  6. Prepare 1 Tomato cut into small pieces
  7. Prepare 2 Onion cut into slices
  8. Prepare 6 cloves of garlic crushed & chopped fine
  9. Prepare 2 Green chillies chopped fine
  10. Prepare 1/2 inch Ginger finely chopped
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  12. Use 1 tsp Chinese seasoning (adjust to taste)
  13. Prepare 1 tsp soya sauce
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  15. Take As per taste Salt
  16. Prepare As required Water
  17. Prepare As required Coriander leaves for garnish
  18. Use 1-2 tbspn Oil
  19. Prepare 1 tsp lemon
  20. Prepare Some potato chips/sticks for garnish (optional)
  21. Prepare 2 tbsp spring onion greens for garnish
How to cook Knorr Soupy Noodles with a twist !:
  1. Keep the ingredients ready.
  2. Heat a pan /Kadhai, put oil and when hot add the chopped onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic. Sauté well for a 2 minutes.
  3. Then add black pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
  4. Now put the chopped tomatoes and other vegetables and cook for a few minutes on high flame. Keep stirring it constantly.
  5. Then add soya sauce and the Chinese seasoning and mix well.
  6. When it gets cooked you can remove little vegetables aside in a plate for garnish (if you like)
  7. Now measure the required water quantity according to the pack instructions and pour in the Kadhai, add the knorr noodles masala powders and mix again.
  8. Let the water boil. Once it boils add in the noodles in it and let it cook. Keep stirring the noodles in between.
  9. Do not dry the water in the noodles completely. If it gets very thick pour a little more water in it. Check salt add if needed.then squeeze a lemon in it.
  10. When done turn off the heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves or spring onion. (I didn’t have spring onion so skipped it)pour in the serving bowl.If you like add the fried potato chips/sticks on top. Also, you can add the sautéed vegetables which were kept aside for garnish. Serve immediately. Enjoy it hot.
  11. Done and ready to serve!
