Ingredients and seasonings required for make
  1. Prepare 3 lb chuck pot roast
  2. Use 1 1/2 cup beef broth
  3. Use 6 small baby red potatoes; halved
  4. Use 2 cups baby carrots
  5. Prepare 1 yellow onion; sliced
  6. Prepare to taste garlic salt
  7. Take to taste ground pepper
  8. Prepare 3 tsp dijon mustard
  9. Prepare 3 tsp dried rosemary
  10. Prepare to taste salt
  11. Take 3 tsp ground tyme
  12. Prepare 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix

Saute until garlic is fragrant and browned. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the roast. Warm oil in a pressure cooker over medium high heat. Add the roast and brown on both sides.

  1. Cut roast in half. Rub down with dijon mustard, dried rosemary, tyme, salt, pepper & garlic salt. Place roast into slow cooker. Put slow cooker on high.
