Ingredients and seasonings required for prepare
  1. Prepare 6 lean pork chops chopped in small cubes
  2. Prepare 4 cup water

  18. Take 1 beef cube
  19. Take 1 tbs cold water
  20. Use 1 tsp corn starch
  21. Take 1 tbs ketchup

Place one half on the pork in an even layer in the dutch oven. Brown for two to three minutes. Turn each piece and brown for two to three minutes. Add the pork, kosher salt, and black pepper.

Instructions to make Pork stew:
  1. In a bowl chop up your pork in cubes
  2. In a pressure cooker add your pork with 3 cups of water and your 2 tbs all purpose seasoning
  3. This is the kind i use
  4. Sprinkle some black pepper and close lid and turn stove burner on max once pressure cooker starts to make noise turn temp down to medium high and timer to 15 minutes
  5. While your pork is cooking in a bowl peel clean and chop your potatoes
  6. Clean and slice your carrott
  7. Clean and chop your celery
  8. Clean a bunch of green beans
  9. Chop the green beans
  10. Chop the zuchinni and mushrooms garlic and onion and add the corn
  11. Once pork is finish make sure pressure cooker is nice and cool before opening and let sit
  12. In a dutch pot or any large pot add 2 tbs oil
  13. Add in your ingredients to pot and mix around in the oil cooking on little over medium
  14. Add in the italian seasoning parsley onion powder sprinkle black pepper and mix around
  15. Add in the pork and water it cooked in plus another cup of water and beef cube to your pot and mix around
  16. Turn burner to max until it starts to boil then reduce heat to medium high and cover and cook until potatoes are soft
  17. Once potatoes are soft add in the ketchup and mix around cook for about 5 minutes more
  18. Last step take a cup add 1 tbs cold water and 1 tsp corn starch mix around until cirn starch disolves and poor into your pot and mix well once it has thickened turn off stove let cool and serve
  19. If you dont want to use pressure cooker brown the pork in the oil then add the veggies n water..you will need more water to boil it down more to soften pork and you might jave to ajust more seasons lime how you jave to use more water but pretty much same steps
  20. Done and ready to serve!

Heat a large soup pot or dutch oven on the stove over medium-high heat. Add pork, onions and celery and brown for several minutes on all sides; pork does not have to be cooked all the way through.
