Using the same pan in which you cooked the chicken, sauté the onions and garlic on medium heat. Stir often until the onions are light brown. Stir and cook until the tomatoes have turned soft and mushy. Pour over the meat and mix very well.

  1. Marinate ur chicken with spices,seasonings,salt,onions,garlic,unsweetened yogurt,blend green & red pepper for 30 minutes
  2. In a pot,add oil,spring onions,curry,tumeric on low heat till curry changes colour
  3. Add in the marinated chicken,stir fry,add some water,green pepper,red pepper,seasonings,potato,cover and let it cook
  4. For chapati mix flour,pinch of salt & sugar,yeast add oil,add water little by little and kneed to make a dough,keep in a warm place to rise and double it's size
  5. Roll the dough flat,place in a hot pan fry both sides its done!
  6. Done and ready to serve!
