  1. Use 1 1/2 lb flank steak sliced thin
  2. Prepare 8-10 oz lo mein or spaghetti noodles
  3. Prepare 3-4 cups broccoli cut in bite size pieces
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp olive oil
  5. Use 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  6. Prepare 5 cloves garlic, minced
  7. Prepare 1 medium carrot, shredded
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup brown sugar
  9. Take 1 tsp garlic powder
  10. Take 1 tbsp cornstarch
  11. Take 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  12. Use 6 tbsp soy sauce

  15. Take 1 tsp ginger powder
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp sherry cooking wine
  17. Use 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Add cooked beef into the skillet with vegetables. Add cooked noodles and toss everything together. Into a large dish, combine noodles, vegetables and beef. Toss to bring everything together and serve while it's still hot.

How to cook Lo mein with Beef & Broccoli:
  1. Mix 3 tbsp soy sauce, sherry, and garlic & ginger powder in a bowl. Mix well and soak steak for 15 minutes
  2. After 15 minutes add cornstarch and mix well
  3. While steak is marinating cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions then set aside
  4. Take a wok and heat olive oil. When oil is hot sauté the marinated beef. Cook for 5 minutes
  5. Add broccoli and carrots cook for 3 more minute
  6. Add lo mein noodles and toss and cook for 5 more minutes
  7. Take a bowl and mix oyster sauce, remaining soy sauce, hoisen sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, red pepper, pepper, sesame oil
  8. Pour the mixture in the wok and cook for 7 more minutes in medium heat while tossing once in a while
  9. Transfer to serving plate and enjoy!
  10. Done and ready to serve!

Directions Cook soba noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat the sesame oil in a large skillet. Add beef, scallions, snap peas and carrots. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until al dente.
