  7. Add all remaining ingredients (diced green onion, diced sausage patty, rice, pepper, soy sauce, and salsa) and heat through.
  8. Transfer contents of pan to bowl, plate, or tortilla and enjoy!
  9. Done and ready to serve!

Notes Add the rice, and break up with the back of a wooden spoon. Add in the spinach, and stir until incorporated. Remove from heat, and add toppings as desired. Mix Tamari with coconut crystals and mustard. Add the eggs all at once and cook, stirring constantly, until large curds form and the eggs are cooked through.
