  15. Prepare 2 cups powdered sugar
  16. Prepare 110 g soft unsalted butter
  17. Take 1 tsp vanilla extract

Beat in eggs, one at a time. Line standard muffin tins with paper liners. Whisk together cake flour, cocoa, and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until each is incorporated, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.

  1. Preheat oven to 180, line heart shaped or any shape muffin moulds
  2. In a bowl, sieve cake flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder. keep it aside
  3. In another bowl, blend 60g butter and sugar for 4 minutes
  4. Add egg and blend until pale and frothy
  5. Add oil, Vanilla extract and red food colouring. Blend well
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients and buttermilk, alternatively, blend until well combined
  7. Pour the batter into prepared muffin mould upto 1/2 level
  8. Bake for 16-20 minutes until done
  9. Allow to cool completely
  10. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and butter until well combined
  11. Add powdered sugar gradually and blend well
  12. Add vanilla extract and blend well
  13. Add frosting to piping bag and pipe over cupcakes and serve
  14. Done and ready to serve!

Mix in food color and vanilla. In a medium mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder.
