  3. Add some vegetable cooking oil (about 1 cup) and wait until it’s medium to high heat. Add your celeriac or vegan fish in batter in and fry, once one side cooked turn over wait until the other side cooked. Place it on a kitchen towel plate to get the access oil out.
  4. Serve with sweet potato chips, tartar sauce and edamame bean or green pea (see recipe)
  5. Done and ready to serve!
