  10. Prepare 2 tblspn food colouring(i use gel colour i dilute it)

In a small bowl, mix baking soda and vinegar (it will bubble and foam!) and set aside. Add eggs, scraping down sides to incorporate fully. In a medium mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. In a large bowl gently beat together the oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, vinegar and vanilla with a handheld electric mixer.
