Ingredients and seasonings required in make
  1. Prepare 1/2 kg chicken
  2. Prepare 2 glasses rice
  3. Prepare As required Oil

  16. Use 2 green cardamoms
  17. Prepare 2 bay leaves
  18. Use 1 tsp cumin seeds
  19. Prepare 1/4 cup malai
  20. Use 2 Potatoes
  21. Prepare Few drops Green & yellow colour
  22. Prepare Handful Coriander leaves chopped

Preparation of Pulao Masala: In a pan, add oil and heat it up for few seconds then add whole garam masala (black pepper, cloves, cumin seeds, cinnamon, star anise (badyan). Let it pop for few seconds. Add finely sliced onion and saute until it beocme translucent. Now add fresh grate ginger garlic and saute with onion until it changes the color.

Instructions to make Premium Chicken Pulao:
  1. Peel potato and cut big pieces.Take water add green colour and put half pieces and boil till half cooked similarly cook remaining pieces with yellow or orange colour..
  2. Then fry the potato pieces in hot oil for 2 to 3 mins and keep aside.
  3. Heat 1/4 cup oil and put cinnamon cardamom bay leaves and cumin seeds whole dry red chilli then add sliced onion and saute till light golden
  4. Then add chicken pieces and saute 2 mins and add ginger garlic paste and grinded green chilli and cook for 5 mins.
  5. Add coriander powder + cumin powder + salt + pepper and saute for 5 mins.
  6. Add chopped tomato and green peas and potato pieces and cook on low flame for 5 mins.
  7. Then add water (2 & 1/2 glass) + chicken cube and bring it to boil then add soaked rice(for 15mins) and add Malai and chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Cook till rice absord the water and done 85% and keep on dum for 15 mins.
  9. Remove from heat and serve hot.
  10. Done and ready to serve!
