Ingredients and seasonings required for make
  1. Prepare 4 free range Eggs
  2. Prepare 4 Tablespoons lactose free milk
  3. Use 1 small head of Broccoli (cut into chunks)
  4. Take 125 g Cherry or grape tomatoes (halved)
  5. Prepare 1/2 red Capsicum (cut into strips)
  6. Use 60 g Goats Feta (crumbled)
  7. Take Olive oil spray
  8. Use Pinch Murray river sea salt
  9. Prepare 2 pinched Cracked pepper

In a small bowl, beat the egg yolks, cream, Parmesan cheese and pepper until foamy. Gently fold into the egg whites. DIRECTIONS In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in salt, bell pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, and garlic.

  1. Spray and preheat a non-stick fry pan over medium high heat.
