Ingredients and seasonings required for make
  1. Prepare Cooked overnight white rice
  2. Prepare Medium sized prawns
  3. Prepare Chinese sausage or BBQ Pork Char Siew

With a spoon or spatula, push the rice to one side of the wok or skillet. Crack the eggs onto the other side. Mix the rice and egg to thoroughly combine. Return the reserved shrimp, steak and chicken and scallion greens to the skillet and toss until warmed.

  7. Done and ready to serve!
