  1. Prepare 1 Round or Chuck Roast (I usually go for a 2.5-3.5 pounder)

Pour package of French Onion Soup/Mix on roast. Pour 1 box of Beef Broth around the roast. Add Onions around the roast then Carrots. Add last box of Beef Broth. Add package of brown gravy. Lastly, add in Potatoes. Put lid on, set crockpot on low for 10 hours.
  3. Done and ready to serve!

Rub roast with salt and pepper; cut in half and place over onion mixture. In a small bowl,combine the wine, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; pour over roast. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into cooking juices. Place pot roast in slow cooker and coat with soup mixture. Nutrition Facts Per Serving: Place carrots and celery in the slow cooker.
